Responsibilities

• Achieve annual Service department budget goals.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and yearly Service KPIs.
• Oversee daily Service operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Support bus sales and parts by maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Lead safety meetings and staff development.
• Develop quarterly sales plans and direct customer proposals.
• Identify revenue opportunities in the market area.
