Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Shop Service Tech to join our Service team. You will diagnose and repair material handling and construction equipment in the shop, ensuring operational and safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, clear communication with internal teams and customers, and performing duties with minimal supervision while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical training or experience in a related field.
• Ability to read or be trained in reading schematics.
• Possessing or ability to obtain complete line of tools.
• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment at the local branch to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards.
• Effectively communicate with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about downtime and job progress.
• Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease downtime while maintaining safety.
