Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Shop Service Technician to diagnose and repair aerial, material handling, and construction equipment along with air compressors. You will work with the Service team to minimize downtime and maintain high safety standards.

Strong mechanical knowledge and communication skills are required, with the ability to read schematics and obtain operator certifications. This role offers factory training and comprehensive benefits in a full-time shop setting.

Qualifications

• Minimal 1 year of mechanical training/education or related experience.
• Ability to obtain equipment operator certifications.
• Comfort reading schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair aerial, material handling, and construction equipment and air compressors.
• Communicate downtime and progress with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers.
• Maintain safety standards and minimize equipment downtime during service work.
