Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company seeks a Shop Service Tech with solid mechanical knowledge and good communication skills to diagnose, repair, and service material handling and construction equipment. You will coordinate updates with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers to minimize downtime.

The role includes factory training, competitive pay, overtime after 8 hours, and a benefits package with medical/dental/vision and life insurances, plus PTO and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical training/education or related experience.
• Ability to obtain complete line of tools.
• Ability to read or be trained in reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment at the local branch to restore operation and safety.
• Communicate progress and potential downtime with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers.
