Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.
• 3-4 years of experience in similar technician roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and relevant dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain necessary tools and document repairs with times and details.
• Monitor job expenses versus repair estimates and alert supervisor of cost overruns.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are consistently followed on all tasks.
• Train and mentor others in the department and contribute to team safety and quality.
