Qualifications

• Formal Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3-4 years.
• Valid Driver License.
• Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect components to ensure maximum parts are reused to control repair costs and document repairs performed with appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses versus repair estimates and alert supervisor of cost overruns before job completion.
• Maintain tools and work area to ensure safety and quality, train/mentor others in department.
