The technician will work under the guidance of senior technicians, ensuring cost effectiveness and quality workmanship while keeping up-to-date with industry changes and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and ability to read material and communicate effectively.
• 3-4 years of related technician experience in equipment maintenance.
• Must possess a valid Class E Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains tools, gear, and safety practices for company machines.
• Uses dealer computer systems for work orders and documentation.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts, tests, diagnoses, and adjusts equipment.
• Creates repair estimates and submits quotes with detailed service reports.
• Monitors expenses and communicates cost overruns to lead technician.
• Updates knowledge on industry technical changes and performs assigned duties.
