Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a skilled technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Caterpillar equipment for customers and our fleet. You will follow safety and environmental policies, use the LMS and dealer software, and maintain a high level of workmanship.

Responsibilities include documenting repairs, tracking time and expenses, and mentoring junior technicians while contributing to team goals across Florida facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of experience preferred.
• Completed all required training to be designated a Tech II.
• Proficient with computer and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs on customer or company equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems; perform maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain and organize tools; document repairs using appropriate software.
• Monitor job expenses and communicate cost variances to supervisor.
• Work safely and follow all safety/environmental policies and procedures.
• Mentor/coach other technicians as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods and safety standards.
