Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of related mechanical/electrical experience.
• Completed Tech II training or equivalent credentials.
• Proficient with computer use and dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all assigned work safely, adhering to safety and environmental policies.
• Maintains necessary tools and diagnostics to service equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Writes accurate documentation of repairs and hours in service software.
• Monitors expenses and communicates variances to supervisor.
• Supports team, mentors others as needed, and performs other duties as assigned.
