Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the SHOP product line within the HP Store. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SHOP, partnering with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive customer outcomes and business results.

You will translate objectives into actionable strategies across multiple pods, define metrics and OKRs, and lead prioritization to optimize discoverability, engagement, and conversion in the top of funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience with customer‑facing digital products.
• Proven experience leading large product areas spanning multiple teams.
• Strong background in ecommerce, marketplaces, or content‑driven platforms.
• Experience defining metrics, OKRs, and experimentation to guide prioritization.
• Excellent communication and influence skills to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SHOP product line, aligned with HP Store priorities.
• Translate objectives into clear, outcome‑driven strategies across pods.
• Define and maintain product line success metrics and OKRs focusing on discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead cross‑pod prioritization, balancing user experience, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to shape solutions and tradeoffs.
