Job summary

You will formulate strategies and meticulous software plans for HP's platforms and technologies, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers and product marketers. You will lead cross-functional teams through agile processes, partner with senior stakeholders, translate needs into requirements, and work with engineering and marketing to launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in product management, digital or software product development, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function.
• Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements.
• Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs.
• Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
• Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
• Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.
