Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading day-to-day shop activities preferred.
• Ability to read hydraulic or electrical schematics and job specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily flow of work through the shop based on project requirements and resource availability.
• Lead daily production planning with Project Management and Engineering to set priorities and schedules.
• Coordinate with customers and shop staff to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and safety; drive process improvements.
• Supervise and develop shop employees, providing direction and addressing routine issues.
• Track progress and maintain documentation; assist with equipment maintenance and budget activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Perform other duties to support shop operations and customer commitments.
