Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Service Shop Manager to lead a shop team of five or more, plan, manage, and review production operations to meet output and quality objectives. This role includes hiring, training, and coaching staff while maintaining ISO and Motion Quality System adherence on-site.

The manager will implement production schedules, monitor performance metrics, and ensure safe, efficient operations at customer locations with strong emphasis on quality control and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach a diverse shop team.
• Extensive machining knowledge and ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in production.

Responsibilities
