The Press Club Grill in Havelock, NC is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help run daily operations and deliver a great guest experience. You will support the shop manager, oversee staff, and ensure smooth opening/closing on days off.

You’ll train new employees, monitor performance, manage cash and inventory, and uphold safety and cleanliness. A monthly bonus program and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on shop manager’s days off.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Assist the shop manager in all aspects of store management.
• Monitor and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Handle cash and inventory management.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
