The Press Club Grill is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support the shop manager, train new staff, and ensure safety while maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Strong communication and cash handling skills are essential for success.

You'll work with Outlook and Teams for coordination, participate in inventory control, and contribute to performance goals and bonus opportunities through our monthly program.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/food service operations.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to train staff.
• Ability to manage cash handling and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing on manager's days off.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Assist the shop manager in all aspects of store management.
• Monitor and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Handle cash and inventory management.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.
