Job summary

Hubbell Internship Program is a 10- to 12-week program designed to give students hands-on experience across our business while advancing Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within HMS. The intern will support data analysis, kaizen events, 5S and visual management, standard work, and certification activities in the Building 1 Steel Department.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout May-August 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and support process assessments.
• Facilitate kaizen events and support 5S and visual management efforts.
• Maintain standard work documentation and track action items for HMS certification.
