Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team and drive store performance. This role offers paid training and a clear growth path, with experienced managers earning around $55k+ per year plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work up to 55 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory and perform End of Period/End of Year inventories.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as necessary.
• Understand shop financials and drive results within budget.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform oil changes and other minor auto services as needed.
