Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew members
• Create crew schedules and manage payroll submissions
• Control inventory with End of Period and End of Year processes
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed
• Understand shop financials to drive results within budget
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations
• Support crew with oil changes and light maintenance services
• Provide excellent customer service
