Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Shop Managers to lead teams and drive efficient oil-change service. The company emphasizes internal promotion and PAID TRAINING on the Take 5 way, with opportunities to advance from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training.

Shop Managers oversee recruiting, training, payroll, inventory, and financials while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Many backgrounds are welcomed, with safety and reliability at the core of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion.
• Experience is valued but not required.
• Must have basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY).
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
