Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure fast, high-quality oil changes. You will train staff, schedule crews, manage inventory, and monitor shop finances to drive performance.

Experience is valued but not required, with paid training and clear paths for advancement from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training. Competitive base pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience is VALUED but not required.
• PAID TRAINING on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location and perform light maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year inventories
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget management
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
