Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING provided to all hires.
• No prior management experience required for entry paths (Assistant Manager/Manager-in-Training).
• You’ll recruit, interview, onboard and train new crew members.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training new crew members.
• Create crew schedules and submit payroll.
• Control inventory and conduct End of Period and End of Year inventory checks.
• Place product orders and restock inventory as needed.
• Understand the shop’s financials to drive results and manage budgets.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations.
