Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead daily operations, train and develop a crew, and drive excellent customer service. Your role includes recruiting, scheduling, inventory control, and payroll oversight to ensure smooth shop performance.

No experience is necessary—paid training is provided and fast-track opportunities exist for Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training roles.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING provided on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location, change oil, replace wiper blades, fill air in tires.
• Move up fast—path from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year checks.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget usage.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
