Job summary

Pasha Logistics LLC seeks a Manager, Shop (Lead Technician) to lead maintenance for warehouse equipment, yard assets, vehicles, and facility systems. You will drive reliability, safety, and uptime while guiding a team of mechanics and coordinating with Operations.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement to support efficient freight operations. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equipment, fleet, or industrial maintenance in logistics.
• 2+ years supervisory experience leading mechanics or shop teams.
• Experience managing vendors and temporary labor.
• Strong knowledge of forklifts, yard trucks, hydraulics, and brakes.
• Ability to read schematics and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance for forklifts, yard trucks, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and guide advanced repairs and troubleshooting.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize work orders and PMs.
• Drive PM programs and manage parts inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations to align maintenance with freight schedules.
• Maintain safety practices and compliance records.
