Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• Paid training will be provided on the Take 5 Way to manage a shop.
• Opportunity to advance to Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and performing End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) counts.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding shop finances to drive results and budget use.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
