Mechanics Hub in Genoa, OH is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead a growing diesel fleet maintenance operation. You will oversee daily shop activities, schedule work, and guide a team of technicians to complete repairs safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple repairs while maintaining quality workmanship. You’ll coordinate DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and long-term equipment reliability,

• Minimum 5 years of diesel mechanic experience with leadership experience preferred.

We're looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead a growing fleet maintenance operation in Genoa, OH. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who can oversee day-to-day shop operations while supporting a team of technicians, maintaining a diverse fleet of heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment, and ensuring repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
