Shop Makers in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Pike Street flagship. You’ll lead a team of 8–12, support artisan partnerships, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a busy, local-maker environment.
Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new artisans, training staff, scheduling, and maintaining visual merchandising. You’ll collaborate with leadership to drive sales, mentor your team, and uphold Makers’ values of community and transparency.
Position: Assistant Store Manager - Pike Street
Hours: 32 - 40 hours / week
Wage: $22-$25 USD / hour
On-site: Remote/hybrid work not approved for this role

As our Pike St Assistant Store Manager, you will support the management of our flagship Seattle location! You'll be a leader in an amazing store packed with over 80 local artisans entrusting you to help grow their businesses. You'll champion culture at your store, helping create a space where creativity, trust, and transparency thrive.
From supporting and recruiting new artisans, to training and mentoring your team, you will have the opportunity to create real impact every day in all aspects of Makers. This role has massive opportunities for growth as we have big plans to expand and continue supporting Artisans across the U.S.
