The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in maintaining company policies and operational processes. The role focuses on driving daily sales and profit results, managing inventory accuracy, monitoring safety programs, developing store associates, ensuring store standards are maintained, merchandising the sales floor to maximize the customer experience, and enhancing customer loyalty.
