• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and extended hours during peak season.
• Experience in service repair with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, maintenance, and repair tasks for John Deere lawn and garden equipment.
• Provide guidance and aid in diagnosing machine problems for technicians and apprentices.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
• Maintain the condition of inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in organizing and conducting quarterly safety meetings.
