PAM Transport Irving Shop is seeking a Shop Lead to guide and support technicians, ensuring safe, efficient maintenance and timely repairs.

You will deliver excellent service, uphold DOT standards and OSHA regulations, manage shift maintenance operations, and mentor staff to improve uptime and reliability.

This role requires at least two years of maintenance experience and a commitment to quality, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Competenze

• Minimum two years of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of DOT standards of repairs and maintenance.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding terminal facility.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
