Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Waco, TX is seeking a Shop Helper to support daily shop operations. You will prepare parts for processing, keep work areas organized, and assist machine operators with general duties as needed to maintain smooth production.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, six months of related experience, and the ability to operate a forklift and man lift to OSHA standards, with a strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to operate a forklift and man lift to approved OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Removes and weighs chips.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Sets up parts in designated areas to prepare for processing.
• Assists machine operators with general duties as requested to support smooth operation.
• Identifies and ensures the correct parts are placed in the designated order.
