ManpowerGroup in Waco, TX is seeking a Shop Helper to support daily shop operations. You will prepare parts for processing, keep work areas organized, and assist machine operators with general duties as needed to maintain smooth production.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, six months of related experience, and the ability to operate a forklift and man lift to OSHA standards, with a strong safety mindset and teamwork.

As a Shop Helper, you’ll help prepare parts for processing, keep work areas organized, and support machine operators with general duties as needed. Job Title: Shop Helper

Location: 8001 Imperial Dr. Waco, TX 76712

Pay Range: $15per hour

What's the Job?

• Removes and weights chips
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Sets up parts in designated areas to prepare for processing
• Identifies and ensures the correct parts are placed in the designated order
• Assists machine operators with general duties as requested to support smooth machine operation

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to operate a forklift and man lift to approved O.S.H.A. standards
• Ability to maintain a safe and organized workstation by following all safety rules and company policies
• Willingness to report problems observed to a supervisor, including storage/placement issues or machine malfunctions
