WeldFit is seeking a helper to assist machinists, welders and operators by obtaining materials from the stock area and preparing tools and supplies for job orders. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities include tool cleaning at shift end and supporting various tasks as assigned, with overtime and weekend work possible to meet customer orders and production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends with minimum notice.
