Vanguard Truck Centers is seeking a Shop Foreman/Supervisor to lead the service department in Charlotte, NC. You will ensure repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring technicians, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with management to optimize workflow and performance.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• CDL license required to road test trucks.
