Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shop Foreman/Supervisor to lead the service department and ensure repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians.

You will recruit, hire, and motivate technicians, enforce the Volvo Uptime workflow, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a CDL license.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• CDL license; ability to road test trucks.
• Willingness to work in a dealership service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead skilled technicians and ensure repairs are completed correctly.
• Recruit, hire, and motivate service staff.
• Enforce uptime workflow and safety regulations.
