Qualifications

• Proven experience as Master Technician, Lead Tech, or Shop Foreman.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Experience in a high-volume dealership or professional auto service.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop workflow and assist with dispatching to maximize productivity.
• Support technicians with advanced diagnostics and complex repair guidance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality checks.
• Mentor and develop technicians to improve skills and shop performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
