You will collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and management to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Mercedes-Benz standards of luxury and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in automotive service.
• Strong knowledge of repair procedures, diagnostics, and tools.
• Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service standards is a plus.

• Supervise and mentor the service and repair team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work.
