Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma with post-secondary technical training.
• 7+ years of experience repairing vehicles.
• Must have a valid NYS inspection license.
• Able to work Saturdays and Holidays as required.
• Ability to withstand the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technician group by example and encouragement in daily repairs.
• Review repair orders in CDK, ensure accurate time and progress.
• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles with proper tools and procedures.
• Mentor technician trainees and interns.
• Dispatch work and monitor safety and cleanliness of the shop.
• Interact with customers to explain repairs and conduct road tests.
