Job summary

Prolec GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Program Coordinator to lead hands-on shop-floor training, develop programs, and raise equipment proficiency on the production floor.

You will partner with engineering, quality, and HR to identify skill gaps, build clear learning pathways, and track certifications. This role shapes how technical knowledge is delivered and sustained in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing training roles.
• Experience training both seasoned and entry-level workers.
• Knowledge of SAP, lean manufacturing, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands-on shop-floor training on equipment and processes.
• Develop training materials aligned to BOMs, SOPs, and engineering docs.
• Build repeatable programs to reinforce standardization, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Assess skills and readiness for role advancement.
• Partner with leadership, engineering, HR to identify training priorities.
• Own structured training pathways with clear objectives.
• Track certifications and training completion with systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in training methods and delivery.
• Onboard new manufacturing employees to accelerate skill adoption.
• Support implementation of new equipment and workflows.
