Job summary

Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solutions in Bristol, RI seeks a Training Coordinator to lead employee learning through orientation, procedural training, and on-the-job skill development. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and HR to build a skilled, qualified workforce and close skill gaps for current and future needs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in training coordination, with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in training coordination, continuous improvement, or similar roles.
• Understanding of documenting technical and non-technical processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Support New Employee Orientation and development via the Qualification Program.
• Develop and deliver training for production employees and ensure qualification documents and processes are consistently adhered to.
• Create and maintain training materials and qualification processes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvements.
• Identify improvement opportunities and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
• Document process changes and track improvements.
