Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Engineering Technical Learning Leader to drive onboarding, leadership development, and knowledge transfer across the Engineering organization at the Wilmington, NC site. You will coordinate cross-functionally, manage technical courses, and advance KTR initiatives to sustain high performance and safety standards.

The role requires 3 years of related PM/ instructional design experience (or 10 years with a HS diploma) and involves on-site work, travel up to 10%, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related professional experience in PM, instructional design, and/or engineering tasks.
• OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of related professional experience in PM, instructional design, and engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering-led onboarding and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with management and surveys to identify program needs over time.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for training programs.
• Manage Nuclear Design Fundamentals course and practicum with leadership from Chief's Office.
• Deliver onboarding training content with mentorship from current lead instructor.
• Develop KTR programs for the Engineering Organization (e.g., Deep Smarts).
• Willingness to learn new technology and advance Training Systems.
• Foster Nuclear Safety Culture within the Engineering Organization.
