Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience including management.
• Ability to act professionally and communicate ideas clearly across mediums.
• Ability to document business information in an auditable, organized manner.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions with judgment.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, assign, and monitor onsite vendors to control repairs and costs.
• Monitor shop expenses to maintain the budget and seek cost efficiencies.
• Promote a strong safety culture and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Perform personnel management tasks such as staffing, performance reviews, and attendance.
• Schedule inbound equipment and prioritize repairs to maximize utilization.
• Ensure shifts start on time and assign work orders to technicians for efficient workflow.
