Responsibilities

• Solicit, assign, and monitor onsite vendors for repairs and costs.
• Monitor shop expenses to maintain budget and improve cost efficiency.
• Promote a safe work environment and conduct safety meetings.
• Schedule inbound equipment and prioritize repairs.
• Lead and manage staff performance and time/attendance.
• Ensure equipment status is updated to maximize utilization.
• Meet internal customer deadlines with orderly workflow.
• Train staff on service bulletins, OSHA compliance, and policies.
