Job summary

This entry-level people management role may involve outdoor work, different shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related/management experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective teams.
• Strong organizational and safety compliance mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, assign, and monitor onsite vendors for repairs and cost control.
• Maintain the shop budget and seek cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Promote safety culture and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Schedule inbound equipment and prioritize repairs.
• Lead staffing, performance reviews, and time/attendance.
• Ensure shifts start on time and manage work orders.
