Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking an Operations and Production Coordinator for a fully onsite role in Philadelphia. This position supports the shop floor through documentation, compliance, and coordination with production staff.

Ideal candidates will have mechanical or construction experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers. This is a hands-on role with room to grow and take on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial environment.
• Mechanical aptitude or construction experience.
• CDL or tractor-trailer driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize Certificates of Compliance for incoming reinforcing steel rebar shipments.
• Match mill certificates with the appropriate customer jobs.
• Prepare and assemble documentation for Bills of Lading.
• Perform accurate data entry using the ASA software system.
• Print production and shipping tags.
• Maintain organized job documentation and production records.
• Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Assist with general shop coordination and administrative support.
• Work closely with production personnel to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
