Qualifications

• Experience leading an operations department in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement using lean methods.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an assigned department to meet objectives in safety, quality, cost and morale.
• Eliminate waste and implement kaizen to add customer value.
• Motivate and develop staff, set expectations, coach and provide feedback.
• Ensure on-time delivery and collaboration with customer service and quality teams.
• Maintain safety program and adherence to 5S and environmental goals.
