Qualifications

• Minimum four years of supervisory experience in an operations environment or equivalent leadership experience with proven results.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving using Kaizen principles.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and ISO quality systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop talent across a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assigned department to achieve operational objectives and improve safety, quality, reliability, costs, and morale.
• Drive continuous improvement by eliminating waste and ensuring value to the customer.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback, while enforcing standardized work.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery of quality products and maintain a safe working environment.
