Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead multiple Work Team Leaders and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coach teams, implement lean initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.

The role demands proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in ISO quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/operations management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years supervisory experience in a technical/complex operations environment.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in ISO quality systems fundamentals and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple Work Team Leaders and their teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and kaizen activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and quality with safety focus.
• Coach teams on standardized work and problem solving.
• Manage safety programs and environmental goals.
• Partner with customer service and quality teams to resolve issues.
