Qualifications

• Minimum of four years successful supervisory experience in an operations environment or leadership role with proven results.
• Ability to express ideas effectively with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated professionalism
• Proficient in ISO quality systems fundamentals and Lean Manufacturing principles

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an assigned department to achieve operational objectives including safety, quality, reliability, cost, and morale.
• Drive continuous improvement and kaizen activities to reduce waste and improve value.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and maintain safety programs and 5-S practices on the shop floor.
• Develop staff, recruit and train to meet staffing levels and skill requirements.
• Collaborate with customer service and quality teams to address issues and root causes.
