Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking team-oriented individuals for our Operations Teams to support manufacturing high-quality products with Lean principles. You will engage in Kaizen activities, document standardized work, and collaborate across shifts to drive measurable improvements and safety.

Ideal candidates demonstrate initiative, strong communication, and the ability to perform all jobs within takt time, while leveraging HMPS tools and job instructions to sustain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or demonstrated performance.
• Bridge and/or Qualified Line Support preferred.
• Strong initiative to lead others and exceed expectations.
• Ability to perform all jobs in the zone within takt time and standardized work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HMPS tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Kaizen problem-solving and process improvements.
• Engage team members in improvement initiatives.
• Document standardized work and problem solving hour by hour.
• Support safety and 5S housekeeping practices.
• Maintain communication with the Work Team Leader and shifts.
• Assist training on standardized work and job instruction (JI).
