The role focuses on optimizing methods, boosting productivity, improving quality, and reducing manufacturing costs on the shop floor. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering and Supply Chain to implement practical engineering solutions and lead Lean initiatives and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
• CAD experience with SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Draftsight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• Analyze processes to improve productivity, safety, quality.
• Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and workstations.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Support new product introductions.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen.
• Evaluate methods and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in equipment justifications and capacity studies.
• Support equipment implementation and training.
• Maintain master data and KPIs.
• Ensure safety standards.
• Stay current with new technologies.
